Ladies -please take my advice -visit Victorian Bridal for a great selection and the most helpful and courteous staff ever.
Now they have the most incredible staff, they had trouble with a girl that worked there previously. Victorian Bridal is better bridal salon in all of berks county. They really make you feel like you are the most important bride, bridesmaid, mother of the bride, and stuff in the world and that’s how it will be! Everyone is soooo friendly and helpful in nearly any way. Also, they walked me through all of them, until I left with my perfect wedding gown. They have a wide vairety of gowns to fit nearly any body type, each style, and nearly any budget. Anyway, I went to Sweethearts Bridal for ages being that I liked the uniquness that I saw. I found my gown there, my bridesmaids gowns, and my mothers dress. They don’t compare to the selection of gowns, and they excellent costomer service, To be honest I looked at other bridal shops. Make sure you leave suggestions about it in the comment box. Everyone must check out Sweethearts Bridal, I’m positive you’ll find your dream wedding gown there!
So staff were patient with me when I ok over three hours to try on over thirty dresses! They never stopped trying until I found the one! Sweethearts was the first place that I went to look for my perfect dress. I highly recommend Sweethearts to everyone who is looking for a charming, family owned store with wonderful customer service! Of course, I didn’t expect to find my dress on the first try. I love my clothing and take very good care of it. Eventually, I don t trust it with nobody except Susan. Doesn’t it sound familiar? I purchased the dress knowing full well that Susan should work her magic on it.
She also made my requested updates and changes to the ‘dressin’ flawless fashion, not only did she adjust the size she ok the original and sized it down three sizes.
I was married two years ago, and the dress that I wore was altered by Susan.
Susan is my fashion fairy godmother Whether the overhaul of my wedding dress,, or it’s an easy hem! She did alter me and my entire bridal party keeping me at ease and looking amazing for my big day! They have been willing to do what ever they could to please us. I’m sure that the girls seem very knowledgable about the merchandise. For any longer being that they don’t take appointments there was no rushing around. I ld all my friends to check them out! Usually, they made the dress shopping experience alot of fun.
We could’ve stayed all day and that was fine with them.
They listened to what I was looking for and made great suggestions.
They are far more attentive to the customers needs. Did you know that the store has new sales girls working for them. You should take this seriously. They even offered to call manufacturers about special orders and deliveries. I was preparing to this beauty supply store for look, there’s alot of inventory which makes for a very good selection discounts were given for almost everything.
I would rather get a great deal good customer service than at a big fancy store, the store was clean ain’t as fancy as others. In no way does this shop treat people like that. Watching the bridal show is an eye opener, the customer service was not that great, they have real expensive ugly designer dresses. Loads of us are aware that there is definately a feeling that these 2 people thought they have been in NY they watch to much TV.
