I’ve thought about this for a long time and more that we use Photoshop, specifically for larger site designs, the more we feel that it needs a style sheet editor like Indesign. Now pay attention please. I know that the biggest issue with this app would’ve been penetrating the stranglehold that Adobe has on design market. Simply think for a moment.
