Two wardrobes that in theory I like equally.

One is in my closet and one is boxed up.

Whenever letting go of things that I really liked but were ‘fussy’, felt ‘off’, or didn’t work well for me for whatever reason, advanced was letting go of the duplicate items and only keeping the favorites. Usually, it took many, lots of steps to get it to a manageable size. Each point here had been something that has helped me had been a lot slower than yours.

That’s what I was doing lately and the fence items almost always end up going.

Another option is to move the items that are either on their way out or on the fence to another closet. We don’t need as many clothes as we think and we deserve to only wear things we really like and feel good in. Nonetheless, keeping a donation bag in the closet is very helpful. Eventually, there will always be a need to bring a few pieces in here and there and let some other items go, maybe we won’t need to do very much so many people. You should take it into account. i read your blog and I can see that you’ve come SO far. Know what, I get depressed, if I think lots of us are aware that there is always an appropriate shoe and handbag choice. In the past I did a bunch of impulsive shopping where I bought things that really appealed to me and after that I would peter out on the follow through of finding the workhorses to make my favorite new purchases usable. Although, the next point I’d like to mention relates to the difference between liking things in theory versus liking them in practice. We don’t feel as warmly toward them once we have them on our bodies, we often like garments or shoes when we see them on a hanger or shelf.
