Essentially, the city posted later Saturday stating their investigation determined the woman left that area more than a year ago and now resides in Avon, Connecticut, while the woman’s locationwas listed by Facebook as being in South Daytona. South Daytona stated they have turned the case over to authorities in that area. Fact, latest update on Katie Brown Facebook posting of dog. Furthermore, lets hope this gets resolved quickly. Essentially, sDPD investigator is turning this case over to AVON authorities. Furthermore, thank you to everyone who helped us out. Notice that although the address posted by many people ain’t her current address, therefore this appears to have occurred in Avon, CT where she currently lives. Her Facebook still showed the South Daytona location, family member confirmed that she has not lived in South Daytona for about 5 years. Of course, we are still diligently working on tracking down the owner who posted that dreadful picture to Facebook earlier this morning but it appears that she is no longer residing in Avon.
