Sunday was a quite later start, as we had to get back to city well before Hallie’s SoulCycle class at 1045am.
Oops! Given our late night on Friday, we eventually got on the road around 11am, we were planning on getting anearly start on Saturday morning. Let me ask you something. We learned that Taco Bell does serve breakfast so they guess that was a plus? Oftentimes we drove to a mates house for the day/night in Michigan City, Indiana, a little beach town about half an hour and a half from Chicago. It was much fun, while I typically can’t standloathe sand on me unless I’m in a bathing suit. Now pay attention please. We all had an absolute blast there on Saturdaynight! On Sunday afternoon, we intended to acquire tickets last minute for Mamby second night on Beach, a music festival held in sand at Oakwood Beach in Chicago. We hit some traffic and in addition had a bit of a food cruise so we were in car for virtually 3 hours. It’s a well the extra time in the car was really kind of enjoyable, though… they forgot how much we adored road trips with acquaintances! If you ever search for yourself in Michigan City, definitely visit Treehouse. It was such a fun day once we eventually arrived. Now pay attention please. City view at sunset was absolutely incredible and Chromeo and Chet Faker were all fun to see. It was a stereotypical ‘all American’ Fourth of July celebration!
They was absolutely exhausted on Monday, July actual 4th, as you usually can perhaps imagine.
They ended up meeting up with them in Wrigleyville afterwards, cubs game during the afternoon. Nothing like watching random drunk people act like idiots to make yourself feel better! Thankfully, people were gonna clear out stumble bar out by the time we got there so it wasn’t too crowded and proved to be excellent people watching. Generally, it was 70 cloudy for a bunch of the day and we didn’t have set plans, thence we wasn’t too tough on myself for staying at home for a proper day chunk. Merely as a reminder, in no circumstances visit Wrigleyville completely sober a few hours after a Cubs game.

We went for a look that was more outside of my lines with a crop top, while they would often pair this suede wrap skirt with a turtleneck and tights in winter or a pretty short sleeve blouse in summer. Since it’s on longer side, I’m comfortable with it, skirt does have a ‘thighhigh’ slit. However, since top has been longsleeved, skin little sliver at my midsection didn’t practically bother me. My legs were always mostly one body part I’m fine with flaunting a bit more.
